Last day of registration (courses and hotel room): 29.07.2012

A registration fee of 25 euro should be sent with each application. On arrival this will be deducted from the overall course fee. Participants from outside Germany can pay this fee on arrival.

Individual day cards are available for 35 euros ( together with registration fee)

Guestcards ( not valid for active participation in courses or workshops) are available at 10 euro per day.

Registration is binding. Only in exceptional circumstances can a re-imbursement be made. In such cases a transaction fee of 20 euro will be charged

The Organization cannot be held responsible for any accident, theft or damage. Participants are recommended to obtain appropriate travel / health insurance for the duration of the course.

Accomodation prices
(HP: half board, DU: shower, FR: breakfast)
FR/DU/WC: 35 € with HP: 40 € in single room
FR/DU/WC: 30 € with HP: 35 € per Person im double room
FR/DU/WC: 26 € with HP: 31 € for Students per Person im double room
accomodation costs are to be paid at the Hotel reception on departure.

Train connection:
Adorf/Vogtland - Bus to Erlbach (last bus: 5:00 p.m.)
Participants arriving by train should travel to ADORF / VOGTLAND and from there by bus to Erlbach ( last bus leaves at 5:00 p.m.). If informed in advance, the organization can collect participants at Adorf station. There is no charge for this service.
